The RealWear Navigator 500 has the following specifications:
RealWear announced its new Navigator 500 headset during a launch event called “Look Forward”. The RealWear Navigator 500 is the company’s first product launch since 2017 and comes with a new super sharp 48 MP camera. In addition to that, the camera can record videos in 1080p and 60fps. For comparison, RealWears other device, the HMT-1, only came with a 16 MP camera and videos in 1080p at 30fps.
The RealWear Navigator 500 also features an upgraded processor, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662. Together with 64 GB of storage and 4 GB of RAM, the RealWear Navigator 500 is now able to run even more demanding applications. The RealWear HMT-1 only has 32 GB and 3 GB RAM.
The excellent voice recognition, which already made the difference with the HMT-1, is of course also one of the main features of the RealWear Navigator 500. The noise-canceling microphones can withstand ambient noise of up to 100db. This was only 93db on the RealWear HMT-1.
